We just recently moved out of BKLYN Gold. We were in a 14th floor apartment for 2 years. This 5-star rating is really for the precious and amazing memories we've accumulated at this place. Before the pandemic, the amenities were nice: the pool was perfect for simple workouts, the gym was sufficient, the rooftop was nice, and the location was calm enough but still close enough to prominent markets and subways. For us particularly, our experience was great because our neighbors on the entire floor are wonderful. The doormen and staff are friendly and awesome (shout out specifically to Jose, Arturo and Joe!). We also shared some significant personal experiences here - such as our engagement and then a covid-style wedding. Our apartment had a epic view of the BQE and Wegmans, and it was amazing. All in all, we loved our time here. Is it a perfect building? No. Does it have nagging issues? Of course. But we were happy, and grateful. Thanks BKLYN Gold for a memorable time!

We just moved into a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and were asked to provide a review. The experience touring apartments, signing the lease, and moving in went very smoothly, and so far I have very much enjoyed the apartment and amenities. The apartment and building itself is great for the price. Located a little bit of a walk from the train (~10 mins to B/Q line) and at a busy intersection. But the price is reasonable. Fair amount of space. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Moderately sized gym that has not been crowded in the mornings. Maja Stanisavljevic gave us our tours and helped us with the lease signing. She was great! Very friendly, honest, and direct. This is a first impression but so far it's a positive one.

Lived here with my wife for 3 years, moved out for job-related reasons, came back to live here AGAIN until a few weeks ago, when we moved out due to changing jobs, again. Not sure why all these bad reviews, I am inclined to believe that some of the complaints are due to the frustration of tenants, maybe for their ingenuity in not reading the lease document carefully (if they actually read it), maybe for keeping the apartment poorly, maybe for blaming the building for loud ass***es tenants (jerks lease apartments everywhere, who's fault is it?) Anyways, our experience: lovely building, great and well kept amenities, courteous staff, from doormen to maintenance and management. Every time something was not right, we reported it and it was quickly solved. The location is not the prettiest, you have Tillary and Flatbush very close by, hence traffic, noise, and dirt. I guess this is compensated by the fact that the rent is slightly lower than other same size units in luxury condos in the area. Our last bedroom was below $3k/mo, something difficult to find in alike buildings around there. Definitely recommend, just have the common sense to read and understand the lease, comply with the basic rules and keep the apartment in decent conditions, and you'll be fine.
